- Redesign Neo and assure ease of use and the best user experience possible.
- Decrease concerns and doubts.
- Shorten the response time.
- Improve trust between Neo and its users.
- Position Neo as a leading platform for data-center network orchestration and management software
- Increase trust between the users and the company
Challenge
- Direct competition – several products compete with part of the solutions.
- We deal with sensitive data, and users won’t adopt changes easily
- Free tools are perceived as ‘good enough.’
