Background
As a part of their new business strategy the company decided on a digital transformation, including redesigning all their digital assets and developing new ones.
We started with the North American site and progressed to other locations. While maintaining the general concept, we defined and adjusted portfolio according to the needs and requirements of local markets.

UX Guide
Since Caesarstone is a global company, the research was in collaboration with other companies.
After multiple meetings and an understanding of the depth and size of the project, we drafted a UX document to guide us.
The UX guide was our main principle. The document included Caesarstone’s website strategy and concept, and served us as a guide to the entire UX design, according to the brand identity.
Strategy
Our main strategy was to design a platform that puts the user in the center and focuses on establishing leadership’ expertise and trust.
The platform will considers different types of users and suggests the relevant tools and content according to their needs and stage in the journey, enabling Caesarstone to get to know the user, create and manage data-driven personal relationships on and off-site.
